As a Cultural Education Partnership, Creative County: West Sussex believes that culture is a profound educational resource: 

Creative County West Sussex works with partners to ensure that children and young people, whatever their circumstances and abilities, have better access to excellent cultural resources that inspire their learning and improve their wellbeing.

• To engage the widest variety of socially excluded and marginalised communities;
