Vicki Illingworth

Principal, Crawley College

As part of the Board of Trustees for Chichester Festival Theatre, Vicki is the nominated Chair for Creative County and brings with her a passion for the arts and culture, inclusivity, education and learning.

Vicki has more than 20 years’ experience working in further education in a range of roles alongside her experience as a school Governor and supporting alternative education. 

Vicki is currently Principal of Crawley College and part of the Group Leadership Team for the Chichester College Group. Alongside her role as Principal in Crawley, Vicki leads on curriculum design and development, student services, student experience and support including student voice, SEND and safeguarding.

Working with young people from across the West Sussex community, Vicki has seen and experienced the impact that cultural education and experiences can have for young people and the positive impact it has; every day is a learning day.

Vicki is excited to be part of Creative County and is looking forward to working with the creative community across West Sussex to create high quality opportunities for children and young people to engage in arts and culture.
